Just enjoy the levels and the super cool worldmap that Pyro and I made. There's over 65 exits and 50 stars in total to get over all levels. Just run around and play whatever level you want! Unfortunately, since 38A isn't compatible with the other two versions, we had to place the 38A levels in a seperate folder that can be then moved to your local 38A 1.4.4 install. Unlike normal contest episodes, this one is organized into a world map (for the 1.3/2.0 levels) and is super open-ended, and there is no clear end or finale. The results were in a month or two back, and finally all the levels have been compiled into one big episode! It was advertised on both the SMBX forums and Talkhaus, so in the end quite a large variety of participants submitted, and the international nature of the contest is clear, with submissions from everywhere from the US to Japan to Indonesia. ![]() Hey, remember this? Level Contest Japan was a contest run by iguzamini a few months back, with a few twists on the usual contest formula - each participant could submit up to three levels, and in any of the available flavours of SMBX (1.3, 2.0, 38A).
